Refund policy
Due to hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns or refunds UNLESS-
- customer receives the wrong order.
- customer receives damaged/ faulty goods. Damaged products must be reported to us via DM/ Email BEFORE they are used.
Only in these circumstances will the customer be allowed to EXCHANGE their purchased products without charge.
Customers should kindly note that Products returned must be returned in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING to enable any exchange!
