If your order is placed via Whatsapp, you can either pay on delivery(for Ghanaian orders ONLY) or via Mobile Money. If your order is placed on our website , we accept VISA, Mastercard, Mobile money (MTN, Airteltigo, Vodafone)
Deliveries in Accra will be delivered the next day after confirmation of your order. International shipping (outside Ghana) takes 3-5 working days.

- Delivery to TEMA ( NEXT WORKING DAY) - GHC 45
- Delivery to KUMASI ( 2 WORKING DAYS) - GHC 40
DHL EXPRESS Delivers within 3-5 working days anywhere in the world.
Your order can be tracked with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail.
SlashBeauty would not be liable to pay any duties/taxes/customs fees that MAY incur with international shipments.
If your package has not arrived within 7-10 days from the confirmed date of shipment, please email us at info.slashbeauty@gmail.com.

CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS
You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.
Due to hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns or refunds UNLESS-
- customer receives the wrong order.
- customer receives damaged/ faulty goods. Damaged products must be reported to us via DM/ Email BEFORE they are used.
Only in these circumstances will the customer be allowed to EXCHANGE their purchased products without charge.
Customers should kindly note that Products returned must be returned in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING to enable any exchange!
Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL. Shipping prices will be calculated at check out.
All orders (in Accra & Tema) confirmed before or by 7am will be delivered on the same day. However, for a more seamless delivery process, kindly note that all orders will be delivered within 48 hours after confirmation of your order.
